This issue has been resolved as of Friday 11/11/2022 at 7:00am EST. The incident history is below.
There is currently an issue in Enphase Enlighten for system owners trying to authorize PowerDash after an installer sends the invitation email from Enlighten Manager. PowerDash is working with Enphase to support them in their efforts to isolate and fix the issue. Although this issue was confirmed by PowerDash 10/25/2022, after further investigation it was determined to have started nearly a week earlier.
We recommend installers to delay asking system owners to authorize PowerDash until the issue is resolved. Alternatively, systems can still be signed up through the Enlighten system integration form in PowerDash (details here).

Enphase has notified us that they have prepared and tested a software fix, and it will be deployed to their live Enlighten production environment by this Friday 11/04/2022. We will provide another update when the fix is deployed.

Enphase has notified us that there is a delay in the deployment of the aforementioned fix; we no longer expect it to be deployed to their live Enlighten production environment today. Enphase has not yet provided a revised date for the deployment. While we believe it may happen by Monday 11/07/2022, we can't be certain of that. We are sorry for this delay and very much appreciate your patience. We will provide another update when the fix is deployed.

Enphase has notified us today that the software fix will be deployed to their live Enlighten production environment this Thursday 11/10/2022. We will provide another update when the fix is deployed.

Although the Enlighten hotfix was expected to be deployed today by Enphase, thus far that has not happened. PowerDash is continuing to escalate and follow up with Enphase. We very much appreciate your patience.
