We are encountering an API-related issue that is impacting:
- our processing of data received from Digi gateways. Potentially impacted systems:
https://www.powerdash.com/account/systems/?view=l&q=digi - any external application that uses the PowerDash APIs
In PowerDash, affected Digi systems may show a network issue, and communication alerts may be triggered as well.
In external applications accessing the PowerDash API, API clients will see HTTP status 5xx errors.
