We are seeing widespread network issues with our Digi gateways and Vision meters that use cellular connectivity, as of Wednesday morning 9/04/2024 at around 5:30am EDT. The issue does not appear to be at the carrier level. We have followed up with our cellular services provider, and they are providing periodic updates in their incident notice (Case CS0132520). Our cellular services provider reported that the issue was resolved by 11:30am EDT yesterday. The total connectivity issue duration was approximately 6 hours. PowerDash continued to monitor connectivity and data continuity yesterday after the connectivity resolution.
