We are seeing widespread connectivity issues with our Digi IX10 and IX14 gateways that use cellular connectivity, as of Wednesday morning 6/05/2024 at around 7:15am EST. While news reporting has focused on an AT&T issue, our M2M cellular services provider, KORE, has described a broader carrier scope in their official outage notice. Our cellular services provider has reported that the issue is resolved. However, it could take 1-2 hours for the backlog of data files to be processed and available in PowerDash for charting, downloads, and other system data access. We continue to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as needed.
