We are encountering an issue preventing us from acquiring data for some Enphase systems. In PowerDash, affected systems will show a status of "Enlighten Authorization Required" and have latest data 5/27/2025. We will provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.
At this time, there is no need for any manual Enlighten reauthorization procedure on systems affected by this particular issue. PowerDash is working with Enphase on the resolution.
Update #1: Mon 6/02/2025 at 1:45pm EDT
Enphase's API team is investigating the issue, but we do not yet know the root cause nor have an estimated resolution time frame. Thank you for your patience.
Update #2: Wed 6/04/2025 at 9:45am EDT
Enphase's API team is investigating the issue and will report back to PowerDash tomorrow with an update on resolution. Thank you for your patience.
Update #3: Fri 6/06/2025 at 1:30pm EDT
We have seen a partial resolution of the issue, with about 50% of the impacted systems now available for data access by PowerDash. Enphase engineers are continuing to work on the issue, and they expect to provide a resolution update by Monday. Thank you for your patience.
Update #4: Tue 6/10/2025 at 12:45pm EDT
Data access for our TPO partner systems is mostly OK, but data access for several thousand homeowner-owned systems still exhibits the problem. Enphase is keeping us informed of their continued resolution efforts. Thank you for your patience.
Update #5: Thu 6/12/2025 at 4:45pm EDT
The data access issues with this large subset of Enphase systems are mostly resolved. However, there is still a need to backfill data for the impacted systems during this issue time period. We will keep this ticket open until the backfill is completed.
